Who Stands With Americans holds every member of Congress accountable on the issues Americans already agree on.
Why we exist
On most of what Congress votes on, Americans are not divided. Large majorities of Democrats, Republicans and independents want lower drug prices, an end to government surveillance of their private lives, an end to self-dealing and abuse of power by the people they elect, and tax dollars spent at home. Yet these measures routinely fail, stall or pass with quiet opposition, because the pressure to vote against them comes from lobbyists and donors, not from voters. Nobody keeps score on that. We do.
How we hold them accountable
- We score only consensus measures. Bills where a cross-party majority of the public already stands on one side: no culture-war fights where Americans genuinely disagree.
- We count only recorded votes. Not speeches, press releases or cosponsorships. What a member did when their name was called.
- We publish the receipts. Every grade links to the roll call, the bill text and the lobbying record, so anyone can check our work.

Who Stands With Americans is an independent project with no party affiliation and no corporate or PAC funding. It is supported by individual donors.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. We cannot see who you are and do not want to.
